矿井提升机制动盘状态监测及制动系统的优化

针对提升机系统采用非闭环控制模式所存在的制动速度慢、制动冲击大、稳定性不足的问题,提出了一种新的提升机制动盘状态监测及制动系统.其利用制动盘状态监测模块实现了对制动盘状态的实时监测,为制动系统提供基础数据信息并实现了闭环调控,解决了传统控制模式只能根据预设程序制动效果差的不足.对整个系统结构、制动盘监测方案及实际应用情况进行了研究.结果表明,新的制动系统能够将提升机制动反应速度降低33.3%,将制动冲击力降低72.4%,极大提升了提升机的运行稳定性和可靠性.
Condition Monitoring of Brake Discs and Optimisation of Braking System for Mining Hoists
Aiming at the problems of slow braking speed,large braking impact and lack of stability that exist in the non-closed-loop control mode of the hoist system,a new brake disc state monitoring and braking system for the hoist is proposed.The brake disc status monitoring module realizes real-time monitoring of the brake disc status,provides basic data information for the braking system and realizes closed-loop regulation,which solves the shortcomings of the traditional control mode that can only brake poorly according to the preset procedures.The whole system structure,brake disc monitoring scheme and practical application were studied.The results show that the new braking system can reduce the braking reaction speed of the hoist by 33.3%,reduce the braking impact by 72.4%,and greatly improve the operational stability and reliability of the hoist.
