摘要
梅花形弹性联轴器是联轴器中的较为常见的一种,其具有缓冲、减振和提高轴系动态性能的作用,由于各种原因导致主动轴与传动轴的轴心不重合,在运行时会导致引起轴系的振动,从而影响机器的正常工作和使用寿命.基于此,从多方面对分体式制动轮梅花形弹性联轴器运行抖动的原因进行分析并提出解决方法,以期为相关行业提供技术参考.
Abstract
Plum blossom-shaped elastic coupling is a common type of coupling,which has the role of buffer,vibration damping and improve the dynamic performance of the shaft system,due to a variety of reasons that lead to the active shaft and the axis of the drive shaft are not coincident,in operation will lead to cause the vibration of the shaft system,thus affecting the normal operation and service life of the machine,therefore,from various aspects of the split-type brake wheel Plum blossom-shaped elastic coupling running jitter reasons are analysed and solutions are proposed to achieve the purpose.Therefore,from various aspects of the split brake wheel plum blossom shaped flexible coupling operation shaking causes and put forward the solution,in order to provide technical reference for the relevant industries.
