摘要
涡轮排气温度是航空发动机的重要性能指标之一,在相同使用条件下涡轮排气温度突然升高,其原因与发动机某零部件失效有极大关系.结合某型发动机结构对涡轮排气温度突增故障进行分析,完善整机状态下发动机热部件的检查方案,为维护人员提供更加全面的检查方案,使操作方及时准确作出决策,确保使用安全.
Abstract
Turbine exhaust temperature is one of the important performance indexes of aviation engine.The reason for the sudden increase of turbine exhaust temperature under the same operating conditions is very much related to the failure of a certain part of the engine.Combined with the structure of a certain type of engine on the turbine exhaust temperature failure to analyze the sudden increase in faults,improve the whole state of the engine thermal components of the inspection program,to provide maintenance personnel with a more comprehensive inspection program,so that the operator timely and accurate decision-making to ensure the use of safety.
