混动变速器耐久试验轴承外圈脱出问题研究

某型混动变速器在耐久试验完成后拆机检查,拆机后发现输出轴轴承外圈脱落。从零件失效模式及设计原理方面进行分析,轴承座壳体壁厚不合适、轴承外圈有效接触面积不合适;仿真发现轴承座应力集中;以上两个方面进行设计优化,输出轴轴承外圈、差速器轴承外圈脱落问题得到有效解决;通过优化仿真分析和硬件,同时对优化后样件搭载变速器总成进行台架各类耐久试验,均未再发生同类问题。
Solution of Bearing Outer Ring Dislodgement in HybridTransmission Durability Test
A hybrid transmission was dismantled for inspection after the endurance test was completed,and the outer ring of the output shaft bearing was found to have fallen off after dismantling.From the parts failure mode and design principle analysis,bearing housing shell wall thickness is not suitable,bearing outer ring effective contact area is not suitable;simulation found that the bearing housing stress concentration;the above two aspects of the design optimization,the output shaft bearing outer ring,differential bearing outer ring falling off the problem has been effectively solved;through the optimization of the simulation analysis and hardware,and at the same time the optimized prototype carry transmission assembly for all kinds of endurance test,are no longer occurring the same kind of test.Through the optimisation of simulation analysis and hardware,the optimised samples carrying transmission assembly were also subjected to various types of durability tests on the bench,and the same kind of problems did not occur again.
