摘要
拖车钻立塔油缸的同步关系到拖车钻设备在施工中的稳定性、安全性和使用寿命,在生产制造过程中需要通过一些方法使钻塔的立塔与落塔稳定、可靠,以核昌公司生产的HXY-800QT拖车钻为研究对象,介绍了液压缸不同步的原因及在生产制造过程中的经验总结和装配注意事项,为今后拖车钻在地质勘探行业的发展提供一些借鉴.
Abstract
The synchronization of the hydraulic cylinder of the trailer drillingtower is related to the stability,safety,and service life of the trailer drilling equipment during construction.During the production and manufacturing process,some methods need to be used to ensure the stability and reliability of the tower and the falling tower.This article takes the HXY-800QT trailer drill produced by our company as an example to introduce the reasons for the asynchronous hydraulic cylinder,as well as the experience summary and assembly precautions in the production and manufacturing process,Provide some reference for the future development of trailer drilling in the geological exploration industry.
