煤矿带式输送机托辊轴承结构失效分析研究

以某矿的设备维护工作为例,带式输送机的托辊轴承易出现失效问题,造成较大的经济损失.基于此,在完成带式输送机运行的工程概述后,对常见的轴承故障类型及故障影响因素进行讨论,对运行6个月后的轴承进行损伤研究及分类,并对其表现和原因进行记录.最后,可得到主要的损伤类型是间隙形式的塑性变形(42.3%)和腐蚀磨损(30.7%),利于借助实际数据,为矿企的设备维护及检修工作提供经验,不断降低维修成本.
Taking the equipment maintenance work of a mine as an example,the roller bearings of the belt conveyor are prone to failure problems,resulting in large economic losses.For this reason,after completing the engineering overview of the operation of the belt conveyor,the common types of bearing failures and the factors affecting the failures are discussed,and the damage of the bearings after 6 months of operation is studied and categorised,and the performance and causes are recorded.Finally,it can be obtained that the main types of damage are plastic deformation in the form of clearance(42.3%)and corrosion and wear(30.7%),which is beneficial to provide experience for the equipment maintenance and overhauling work of the mining enterprises with the help of actual data and continuously reduce the maintenance cost.
