Aiming at the shortcomings of the MB670 integrated tunneling and anchoring machine,which can only be used in the process of down-tunnel construction and only advances but not retreats,the construction efficiency is low,and the lag of the monolithic pillar support is large.By analysing the structure of MB670,reforming the problems of equipment operation,we have innovatively researched a rapid digging process of MB670,which enables MB670 to complete the construction work in the trench,contact lane and large section eyelet cutting,etc.According to the practical application,this technology can be used in the construction of the trench,contact lane and large section eyelet cutting.According to the actual application,this technology can expand the application scope of the integrated machine,effectively improve the tunnel boring efficiency and safety.
