摘要
介绍了一种车载背光单元前工序组装机,该设备主要是将基板固定胶、二维码标签贴在金属背板反面,再把反射固定胶、反射片、导光板固定胶、导光板、膜材固定胶组装在金属背板正面.分析了该设备的研发背景、工作原理、结构特点和几项关键技术,有效提高了设备的组装稳定性,提升了背光源的品质,同时,提高了设备的生产效率,提升了产品的市场竞争力.
Abstract
This paper introduces a kind of assembling machine for automobile backlight unit.The equipment mainly pastes the base plate fixing glue and the two-dimensional code label on the opposite side of the metal backplate,then the reflective fixing glue,the reflecting sheet,the light guide plate fixing glue,the light guide plate and the film material fixing glue are assembled on the front of the metal back plate.This paper describes the research and development background,working principle,structural characteristics and several key technologies of the equipment,which effectively improves the assembly stability of the equipment and the quality of the backlight,the utility model improves the production efficiency of the equipment and the market competitiveness of the products.
