基于龙顶山煤矿9102回风顺槽过F5断层残余应力区时,巷道进行右帮出现严重变形现象,并伴随着巷道煤柱垮落、顶板下沉破碎等,严重制约着巷道安全快速掘进的问题,龙顶山煤矿通过技术研究,在巷道支护优化前提下决定对其围岩采取"L型钢+T型钢棚"联合加强支护技术.通过现场实际应用效果来看,对9102回风顺槽构造应力区采取合理有效的支护后,有效控制了煤柱垮落及顶板冒漏现象,实测顶板变形量控制在210 mm以下,两帮变形量控制在235 mm以下,顶板及帮部锚杆载荷控制在110 kN以下,取得了显著应用成效.
Based on the Longdingshan coal mine 9102 back to the wind tunnel over the F5 fault residual stress area,the roadway for the right gang appeared serious deformation phenomenon,and accompanied by the roadway coal column collapsed,the roof plate sinking crushing and so on,serious constraints on the roadway safety and rapid digging problems,Longdingshan coal mine through the technical research,in the optimisation of the premise of the support of the roadway decided to take the perimeter of the rock"L-beam+T-beam shed"joint strengthening support technology.L-type steel+T-type steel shed"joint strengthening support technology.Through the actual application effect,after adopting the reasonable and effective support for the 9102 backwind tunnel tectonic stress area,the phenomenon of collapsing coal columns and roof leakage was effectively controlled,and the measured deformation of the roof plate was controlled below 210 mm,the deformation of the two gangs was controlled below 235 mm,and the load of the roof plate and the gang anchors was controlled below 110 kN,which has achieved remarkable application results.
