基于PLC的采煤机与刮板输送机联动控制技术研究

为了解决高瓦斯矿井开采过程中瓦斯突出问题,利用数量化理论建立了瓦斯涌出量模型,并建立了采煤机和刮板输送机的动态联合控制技术,以瓦斯涌出量为基准,实现对采煤机、刮板输送机运行状态的协同调控.根据实际应用表明,新的联动控制系统能够将井下瓦斯超限异常降低91.6%,将刮板输送机运行能耗降低22.6%,有效提升了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性.
PLC-based Coal Mining Machine and Scraper Conveyor Linkage Control Technology Research
In order to solve the shortage of serious gas protrusion problem in the mining process of high gas mines,a model of gas outflow is established by using quantitative theory,and a dynamic joint control technology of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor is established,which takes the gas outflow as a reference to achieve the collaborative regulation and control of the operating status of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor.According to the practical application,the new linkage control system can reduce the underground gas overlimit abnormality by 91.6%,reduce the scraper conveyor operation energy consumption by 22.6%,and effectively improve the safety of the integrated mining operation in the coal mine.
