传统的皮带输送机控制方法根据综采工作面产煤量人工调整皮带输送机运行速度,受环境和人为因素影响,速度调整滞后性严重,皮带输送机常常在中、低运输量状态持续运行,运输效率低.基于此,结合监测技术和单片机技术,利用单片机对皮带输送机进行智能化改造,同时在采煤机和皮带输送机合理位置布置速度监测设备,实时监测二者的运行速度并将监测信息反馈给控制器,经预先输入的逻辑语句的判断输出控制信号调整皮带输送机的运行速度,使皮带输送机在高运输量状态下运行.
The traditional control method of belt conveyor manually adjusts the running speed of belt conveyor according to the coal production of comprehensive mining face,which is affected by the environment and human factors,and the speed adjustment lag is serious,and the belt conveyor is often in the state of continuous operation of medium and low transport capacity,and the transport efficiency is low.Based on this,combined with monitoring technology and single-chip technology,the use of single-chip intelligent transformation of the belt conveyor,while in the coal mining machine and belt conveyor speed monitoring equipment in a reasonable location,real-time monitoring of the two running speed and monitoring information feedback to the controller,the pre-input logic statement of the judgement of the output control signals to adjust the running speed of the belt conveyor,so that the belt conveyor in the high transport volume state The belt conveyor can be operated under high transport capacity.
