摘要

为了介绍五矿选煤厂技术改造后脱水工艺指标良好,运行平稳、可靠等情况,采用3GDMC1200/850A型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器作为主选设备,在技改工程设计中选用了3台由中机伟林制造的WL1400型立式过滤离心脱水机,用于<13 mm粒级末精煤及弧形筛回收的粗精煤泥脱水,经生产实践证明,该技术改造可行,效果稳定.

Abstract

In order to introduce the five mines coal processing plant after technical transformation of the dewatering process indicators are good,smooth and reliable operation and so on.The 3GDMC1200/850A non-pressure feeding three-product heavy media cyclone is adopted as the main selection equipment,and three WL1400 vertical filter centrifugal dewatering machines(hereinafter referred to as WL1400 centrifugal machines)manufactured by Zhongji Weilin are selected in the design of the technological transformation project for the dewatering of<13 mm particle-size final fine coal and coarse fine coal sludge recovered by arc screen,which is proved to be feasible and stable in effect after the production practice.It has been proved by production practice that the technological transformation is feasible and the effect is stable.
