Research on the Evaluation of Rotary Accuracy Error of Machine Tool Spindle and Optimisation of Parameters
The positional accuracy of machine tool spindle has a great influence on the dimensional control of machining system.For the spindle rotary accuracy,a spindle rotary accuracy error evaluation method considering the cutting force correction is designed,and the performance test of synchronisation error and roundness error under variable working conditions(variable feed,variable width of cut,variable depth of cut)is carried out.The results of the study show that a good agreement was achieved between the test results and the simulation data,resulting in a maximum error of 0.2 μ m.Good agreement was achieved for the roundness error after separation at a cut width of 12 mm and a feed rate of 1,200 mm/min.The study is easy to realise and has good generalisation value.
