Dynamic Characterization of Pump-Controlled Variable Load Output Loop System for Presses
In order to improve the position control accuracy of variable load output loop system,an asymmetric pump-controlled variable load output loop system is designed. The asymmetric pump of the system is matched with the oil flow of the differential cylinder to realize the speed or position control of the actuator. And based on AMESim platform to carry out simulation analysis. The results show that under no load, the pump-controlled variable load output loop system regulates the differential cylinder operation state under the condition of one pump with fast response speed.Under loading, the differential cylinder displacement responds quickly, and the flow rate and pressure change slowly, with excellent dynamic performance. The asymmetric piston pump balances the unbalanced flow of the differential cylinder, which has a good development prospect.
