以JKMD3。25 × 4(Ⅱ)型多绳落地式摩擦矿井提升机为研究对象,介绍一种适用于提升机动力学分析的仿真分析方法。此方法可实现正常工况和恒减速工况下矿井提升机动力学特性仿真分析,为检验仿真分析结果的真实性和有效性,将动力学特性仿真分析法应用于工程实践,最终确认动力学仿真分析结果精准性较高。
Dynamic Characterisation of Floor-Type Friction Mine Hoist
Taking JKMD3.25 × 4(Ⅱ)multi-rope floor-type friction mine hoist as an example,a simulation analysis method applicable to the dynamic analysis of the hoist is introduced.This method can realise the simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the mine hoist under normal working condition and constant deceleration working condition.In order to check the authenticity and validity of the simulation analysis results,the simulation analysis method of the dynamic characteristics is applied to the engineering practice,and finally confirms that the accuracy of the dynamic simulation analysis results is high.
