基于现有带式输送机传动滚筒结构形式,介绍三种传动滚筒结构形式,并优选出最佳结构形式。具体传动滚筒结构形式选择中采用动态性能仿真分析方法,主要采用静态变形与能量分布分析、不平衡响应分析以及轴承传递力分析三个角度实施传动滚筒动力性能分析,最终获取最佳传动滚筒结构形式,将最优结构形式应用于工程实践,确认此结构形式具有更强的应用成效。
Dynamic Performance Analysis of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Drive Roller
Based on the existing belt conveyor drive roller structure,three drive roller structure forms are introduced,and the best structure form is selected.The dynamic performance simulation analysis method is adopted in the selection of the specific transmission drum structure form,mainly using static deformation and energy distribution analysis,unbalance response analysis and bearing transmission force analysis from three perspectives to implement the dynamic performance analysis of the transmission drum,and ultimately obtain the optimal transmission drum structure form,and apply the optimal structural form to the engineering practice,to confirm that this structural form has a stronger application results.
