不同工况下煤矿液压组合支架静力学分析

以某煤矿企业自研液压组合支架为研究对象,基于有限元分析方法对其进行建模和仿真分析,以此明确该煤矿液压组合支架在均布载荷、集中载荷、偏载、扭转载荷四种典型工况下的静力学分布特征,并对其应力和位移的分布情况进行汇总分析。结果显示,除偏载工况外,其他条件下的液压组合支架在力学性能上基本符合要求。
Static Analysis of Coal Mine Hydraulic Combination Bracket under Different Working Conditions
A coal mine enterprise self-developed hydraulic combination bracket as a case study,based on the finite element analysis method for its modelling and simulation analysis,so as to clarify the coal mine hydraulic combination bracket in the uniform load,centralized load,bias load,torsion load four typical working conditions of static distribution characteristics,and the distribution of its stress and displacement summary analysis,the results show that,except for the bias load condition,the distribution of the coal mine hydraulic combination bracket under different working conditions is very good,but it is still very good.The results show that,except for the partial load condition,the hydraulic combination bracket under other conditions basically meets the requirements in terms of mechanical properties.
