为进一步探究落地式摩擦矿井提升机的运行细节问题,本次研究以JKMD3。25-4(Ⅱ)型落地式摩擦矿井提升机为研究对象,通过建模与仿真分析,对其关键部件提升容器在典型运行工况下的振动加速度等重要参数变化情况进行分析,并根据分析结果,通过引入控制器的方法对矿井提升机容器进行针对性优化。从优化仿真结果来看,该优化模式在抑制振动方面取得较优效果,预计其在后续的现场实践中也将具有潜在的应用价值。
Mechanical Analysis of Lifting Vessel of the Floor Friction Mine Hoist
In order to further explore the operation details of floor type friction mine hoist,this study takes JKMD3.25-4(Ⅱ)floor type friction mine hoist as the research object.Through modeling and simulation analysis,the changes of important parameters such as vibration acceleration of its key components under typical operating conditions are analyzed.According to the analysis results,The method of introducing controller is used to optimize the mine hoist system.From the optimization simulation results,the optimization model has achieved a better effect in vibration suppression,and it is expected that it will have potential application value in the subsequent field practice.
