分析了影响煤矿胶带输送机功耗的主要阻力因素,分为摩擦阻力、偏转阻力(物料重力)、外因阻力(环境)三部分。并从输送机带宽、带速两方面探究与输送机运行阻力、驱动功率之间的关系,确定带宽1 400 mm、带速3。15 m/s下输送机运行阻力、驱动功率最低。并结合节能设计需求,对胶带输送机进行选型参数设计,在满足矿井生产需求2 000 t/h条件下,实现节能效果。
Research on Energy Saving and Design of Belt Conveyor
The main resistance factors affecting the power consumption of coal mine belt conveyor are analysed,which are divided into three parts:friction resistance,deflection resistance(material gravity),and exogenous resistance(environment).And from the conveyor bandwidth,belt speed and conveyor operating resistance,drive power to explore the relationship between the conveyor operating resistance,drive power,to determine the bandwidth of 1 400 mm,belt speed of 3.15 m/s under the conveyor operating resistance,drive power is the lowest.Combined with the energy-saving design requirements,the selection parameters of the belt conveyor are designed to achieve the energy-saving effect under the condition of meeting the production demand of 2,000 t/h in the mine.
