Mechanical Analyses of Coal Mine Overhead Passenger Device Pallets
In order to further explore the possible optimisation path of the coal mine overhead rider device,taking the carrier wheel component in the AQ1038-2021 overhead rider device currently applied by a coal mine enterprise as the research object,for the problem of insufficient operational stability of the device,through the simulation analysis of its stress,displacement and modal aspects,to determine the direction of the carrier wheel that needs to be focused on optimisation and improvement,and then optimise and improve the direction of the carrier wheel through the multi-objective genetic algorithm.Genetic algorithm is used to optimise and improve the redirection pulley.Actual tests show that the optimised pulley effectively reduces the occurrence of resonance problems,and is expected to be gradually put into practical application in the subsequent work.
