摘要
以某焦化厂项目为依托,着力研究走行系统中电机、减速机的计算及选型.某焦化厂投产后暴露了走行电机功率不足以及走行减速机多次打齿,安全系数不足的问题.针对项目暴露出的问题,对电机车走行装置中的电机选型、减速机选型进行了研究.
Abstract
Based on the project of a coking plant,we focus on the calculation and selection of motors and gearboxes in the travelling system.After the commissioning of a coking plant,the problems of insufficient power of the travelling motor and repeated gearing of the travelling reducer with insufficient safety coefficient were exposed.In view of the problems exposed by the project,the motor selection and reducer selection in the traveling device of the motor car were studied.
