Study on the Relationship between Different Motion Parameters of Cutting Head and Cutting Performance of Roadheader
Taking EBZ45 cantilever type roadheader as an example,a cutting performance analysis method of roadheader cutting head based on finite element analysis is introduced.First of all,the shape and size of the cutter head of the roadheader,material properties and other parameters are recorded into the DYNA software,which constructs a finite element model of the cutter head,and then,based on this,the trend of the cutting performance of the cutter head under the conditions of different motion parameters is simulated and analyzed from the rotational speed,traverse cutting speed and drilling speed,so as to determine the optimal motion parameters and provide guidance to the regulation and control of the cutter head of the roadheader,which will make it easier and more convenient for coal miners to control the cutting performance of the cutter head of the EBZ45.In this way,the optimal motion parameters are determined to provide guidance for the regulation and control of the cutter head of the roadheader,so that the coal mine roadheading operation is safe and smooth.
