Research and Analysis of Vibration Characteristics of Dry-Type Transformer Core
Dry-type transformer is an important electrical equipment commonly used in the power system,which has an important influence on the stable operation of the power system.The main components of dry-type transformer include iron core and winding,due to the magnetostrictive effect and the role of electromagnetic force,making the transformer in the working process there is a certain amount of vibration,which is not conducive to the stable use of the transformer.The vibration characteristics of the dry-type transformer core are analysed in the form of finite element simulation calculations,and a multi-physical field coupling analysis model of the transformer is established to analyse the magnetic field distribution and vibration displacement of the transformer under different voltages.The results show that the magnetic field density and vibration displacement inside the transformer increase with the increase of voltage under no-load condition,and present a certain periodicity,which is easy to cause transformer failure.
