Stress and Strain Analysis of Drum Structural Components of Belt Conveyor in Coal Mine
In order to further explore the operation characteristics of the drum structure of coal mine belt conveyor,this paper takes a certain type of main inclined shaft belt conveyor as a case study and establishes a finite element analysis model combined with its specific characteristics.On this basis,simulation analysis is carried out on the unloading drum,driving drum and steering drum of the drum structure components to clarify their stress and strain distribution.Under the main operating conditions faced by the belt conveyor,the maximum stress value of each drum is less than the allowable stress value,indicating that the quality of the structural components of the drum meets the expected requirements.
