Finite Element Analysis of Magnetic Levitation Roller Bearing of a Mining Belt Conveyor
Taking DSJ120 150 3X315 belt conveyor as an example,we introduce a method of analyzing magnetic field condition of magnetic levitation roller bearing of mining belt conveyor based on finite element analysis.The method first constructs the corresponding finite element model according to the structure shape and material characteristics of the magnetic levitation roller bearing,and then simulates and analyzes the magnetic field distribution of the bearing,the working characteristics of the permanent magnets and the distribution law of the magnetic induction intensity at the air gap on the basis of this method,so as to provide support for the optimization of the design of the magnetic levitation roller bearings,and to confirm that the finite element analysis method has a certain value of application.
