摘要

基于国内刮板输送机链轮依赖进口的现状,以美国进口链轮和德国进口链轮为研究对象,分别在各自的表层和芯部取样,分析了不同链轮不同位置试样的化学成分,采用XRD衍射分析技术,完成了各个试样中的物相分析,通过成分和物相分析得出,两种进口链轮产品均采用了优化组织的方法来提高链轮的耐磨性能.之后分析了不同试样的微观组织,得出链轮材料包括硬化层、过渡区和基体,由外至内有隐晶马氏体向回火索氏体转变,保证了链轮表层的硬度和耐磨性的同时,链轮芯部也具有很好的韧性,能够满足冲击条件下链轮的可靠运行.

Abstract

Based on the domestic scraper conveyor sprocket relies on the imported status quo,with the American imported sprocket and German imported sprocket as the object of research,respectively,in the respective surface and core sampling,analysis of the chemical composition of different sprocket samples of different positions,using XRD diffraction analysis technology,completed the physical analysis of each sample,through the composition and physical analysis,the two kinds of imports of sprocket products are used in optimizing the organisational Through the composition and physical analysis,it is concluded that both imported sprocket products adopt the method of organisation optimization to improve the wear resistance of sprockets.After that,the microstructure of different specimens was analysed,and it was concluded that the sprocket material includes hardened layer,transition zone and matrix,and there is a cryptocrystalline martensite to tempered solitite transformation from the outside to the inside,which ensures the hardness and wear resistance of the surface layer of sprocket and at the same time,the core of sprocket has a good toughness,which is able to satisfy the reliable operation of sprocket under the condition of impact.
