叶片型线与离心泵性能优化的研究

摘要
以某型离心泵为研究对象,研究了叶片出口边倾角与某型离心泵性能的关系以及叶片包角对某型离心泵性能的影响.在所有外在条件保持不变的前提下,设定相应的叶片出口边倾角;通过实验对比不同叶片出口边倾角下的叶轮性能,得到某型离心泵的最佳叶片出口边倾角为76°.在保持最佳叶片出口边倾角的前提下,选择不同的叶片包角来设计相应的叶轮,最终经过实验对比分析得出:在最佳叶片出口边倾角为76°的前提下,当叶片包角为195°时,可以使某型离心泵性能最高,比其他叶片包角设计的叶轮性能高3%左右.
Abstract
Taking a certain type of centrifugal pump as the research object,the relationship between the vane outlet side inclination and the performance of a certain type of centrifugal pump as well as the influence of the vane wrapping angle on the performance of a certain type of centrifugal pump were studied.Firstly,under the premise that all external conditions remain unchanged,the corresponding vane outlet inclination angle is set;through experiments to compare the performance of the impeller under different vane outlet inclination angles,the optimal vane outlet inclination angle of a certain type of centrifugal pump is 76°.Under the premise of maintaining the optimal blade outlet inclination angle,different blade package angles are chosen to design the corresponding impeller,and finally,after experimental comparison and analysis,it is concluded that:under the premise of the optimal blade outlet inclination angle of 76 °,when the blade package angle of 195 °,a certain type of centrifugal pump can have the highest performance,which is about 3%higher than that of the impeller designed with other blade package angles.
