Mechanical Analysis of Hammer Head of Wheel Crusher in Coal Processing Plant
Taking the PLM2000 wheel crusher as an example,a mechanical analysis of the hammer head of the wheel crusher in coal processing plant based on finite element analysis is introduced.When analyzing the mechanics of the hammer head by this method,a finite element model of the hammer head is constructed by using the material characteristics,specification size and other parameters of the hammer head as the main basis,and based on this,the constraints and load are applied to the finite element model by combining with the working characteristics of the hammer head,and then the stress distribution and strain analysis during the crushing process are analyzed respectively,to find out the existing weak points,and then provide support to the optimization of the structure of the hammer head of the PLM2000 wheel crusher.The structural optimization of the crusher head is supported,which confirms that the mechanical analysis method has a good application effect.
