摘要
以MG132/320-WD型采煤机驱动轮与销排为研究对象,分析了驱动轮与销排的啮合过程,结果表明,驱动轮轮齿的最大应力和最大变形均出现在参与啮合的齿根位置.分析了销排安装间隙对驱动轮接触应力的影响,结果表明,销排安装间隙越大,驱动轮与销排啮合时所受最大接触应力越大,为采煤机销排的现场安装提供了很好的技术支撑.
Abstract
Taking the driving wheel of MG132/320-WD coal mining machine and pin row as the research object,the meshing process of driving wheel and pin row was analysed,and the results showed that the maximum stress and the maximum deformation of the teeth of the driving wheel appeared in the position of the root of the teeth involved in the meshing.The influence of the installation clearance of the pin row on the contact stress of the driving wheel is analysed,and the results show that the larger the installation clearance of the pin row is,the larger the maximum contact stress suffered by the driving wheel when it engages with the pin row,which provides a very good technical support for the on-site installation of the pin row of the coal mining machine.
