利用数值模拟软件对采煤机前后摇臂及前后提升托架在直线工况和斜切工况下受力进行动力学分析,分别给出了前后摇臂及前后托架在不同工况下的应力集中区域,为后续采煤机截割部优化提供一定参考,为矿井降本增效作出贡献。
Structural Dynamics Analysis of Cutting Section of Coal Mining Machine under Different Working Conditions
Numerical simulation software is used to analyze the dynamics of the front and rear rocker arms of the coal miner and the front and rear lifting brackets in straight line and slant cut conditions,and the stress concentration areas of the front and rear rocker arms and the front and rear brackets in different conditions are given,which will provide a certain reference for the subsequent optimization of the cut-off section of the coal miner,and make contributions to the mine for the reduction of costs and increase of efficiency.
