基于ANSYS的采煤机盘式制动器结构可靠性分析

为进一步探究采煤机盘式制动器的性能特征,以某型盘式制动器为研究对象,基于ANSYS的有限元分析方法,建立该采煤机盘式制动器的有限元分析模型并展开分析,在确定该盘式制动器在应力、变形和温度三项指标上均符合实际要求后,进一步通过可靠性分析方法展开深入分析。结果显示,该采煤机盘式制动器的可靠度基本在0。99以上,处于较高水平,预计其具有一定的应用价值。
Structural Reliability Analysis of Disc Brake of Shearer Based on ANSYS
In order to further explore the performance characteristics of shearer disc brake,this paper takes a certain type of disc brake as an example and establishes the finite element analysis model of the disc brake based on the finite element analysis method of ANSYS.After determining that the disc brake meets the actual requirements in the three indexes of stress,deformation and temperature,further through the reliability analysis method to carry out in-depth analysis,the results show that the reliability of the disc brake of the shearer is basically above 0.99,at a high level,which is expected to have a certain application value.
