摘要
采煤机是进行煤岩截割装煤的重要设备,对于提高煤矿的自动化水平具有重要的影响作用.滚筒叶片在装煤过程中产生一定的磨损,采用离散元模拟的形式对不同因素对叶片的磨损作用进行分析.建立了滚筒截割分析的模型,并对煤岩坚固性系数、牵引速度、滚筒转速的影响作用进行分析,从而为采煤机工作参数的选择提供参考.
Abstract
Coal mining machine is an important equipment for cutting and loading coal,which has an important influence on improving the automation level of coal mines.The roller blades produce certain wear in the process of coal loading,and the wear effect of different factors on the blades is analysed in the form of discrete element simulation.A model for drum cut-off analysis is established,and the influence of coal rock solidity coefficient,hauling speed and drum rotational speed is analysed to provide a reference for the selection of the working parameters of the coal mining machine.
