Analysis and Application of Rolling Bearing Failure Model of Belt Conveyor Based on VGG-19
Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy,high labour intensity and long diagnosis time of the traditional belt conveyor bearing fault diagnosis methods,a bearing fault diagnosis system based on VGG-19 theory is constructed and its algorithm is optimized.Through practical application,the results show that the optimised algorithm can accurately extract the fault signals of the bearings,and the fault diagnosis accuracy rate is as high as 98%,which greatly improves the fault diagnosis efficiency and reduces the maintenance cost.It can effectively prevent coal mine accidents from occurring,and at the same time ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
