Research on Fault Diagnosis Technology for Doubly Fed Wind Turbines
As a new type of wind power generation device, the doubly fed wind turbine has a relatively complex structure and operating environment, with many influencing factors and a high unit failure rate.On the basis of introducing the basic composition of doubly fed wind turbines, this article first briefly describes the common gearbox structures, then analyzes the fault location. Then, taking the two-stage planetary parallel shaft gear structure as an example, vibration analysis is conducted using tools such as time-domain analysis,frequency-domain analysis, and envelope demodulation. Finally, diagnostic conclusions are drawn and maintenance suggestions are given. The results indicate that this method can provide effective guidance and assistance for on-site predictive maintenance, and has certain practical value.
