摘要
设计开发了共享单车运营清洁装置.该装置利用电机驱动带传动机构将共享单车自动运输到车厢内;利用并联立柱式滚筒毛刷对共享单车进行除尘清洁;利用高压雾化喷雾装置对共享单车进行消毒作业;利用并联通风装置对共享单车进行干燥.共享单车自动搬运清洁装置实现了共享单车高效自动搬运,减轻了操作人员的劳动量,同时保证单车清洁卫生,为人们使用单车出行的健康安全提供强有力的保障.
Abstract
A cleaning device for shared bicycle operation was designed and developed.The device uses a motor-driven belt drive mechanism to automatically transport the shared bicycle to the compartment;uses parallel column roller brushes to dust and clean the shared bicycle;uses a high-pressure atomised spray device to disinfect the shared bicycle;and uses a parallel ventilation device to dry the shared bicycle.Shared bicycle automatic transport cleaning device realizes the shared bicycle efficient automatic transport,reduces the operator's labour,and at the same time ensures the bicycle clean and hygienic,and provides a strong guarantee for the health and safety of people travelling with bicycles.
