摘要
铲运机遥控器的研发过程中遇到设计问题需要很好的去解决,对遥控器设计新的外形来适应使用需求.使用SoildWorks进行碰撞检查,使用铝壳分箱体进行加工塑形.将其切成小块进行加工塑形作为液晶显示器支架,使用不同厂家的加工零件来完成配合组合,使用SolidWorks和CAD从不同的软件中转化文档来满足工业的不同需求.包括面板外壳的排版设计,开关的选型,结构的设计以及产品的确定技巧.
Abstract
During the development process of the remote control for scrapers,design issues need to be addressed effectively,and a new appearance of the remote control should be designed to meet usage requirements.Use Solid Works for collision inspection and use aluminum shell sub boxes for processing and shaping.Cut it into small pieces for processing and shaping as a LCD display bracket,use processed parts from different manufacturers to complete the matching combination,and use SolidWorks and CAD to convert documents from different software to meet the different needs of industry.Including panel shell layout design,switch selection,structural design,and product determination techniques.
