Design and Implementation of a Safety Protection Device Used in the Fermentation Pit of Baiju Workshop
It is of great practical significance to protect the empty fermentation pit of fermented grains after they are out of the pit,especially to prevent personnel from falling.This paper analyzed and discussed a kind of safety protection device for fermentation pit against falling,which mainly includes protective cloth and frame.The frame is composed of a main beam and a inserted beam,the end of the main beam can be inserted into the insert of the inserted beam,relatively fixed through the insert nails,the main beam and the inserted beam are provided with a buckle,a universal wheel and a jack.The protective cloth is mainly composed of high-strength non-woven fabric,and the size of the protective cloth is slightly less than the size of the frame.The size of the upper mouth of the cellar is comparable.The four sides of the protective cloth are provided with clasp rings,and are used together with the corresponding clasp on the frame.The device has the advantages of simple structure,reasonable design and convenient disassembly,combination and movement.At the same time,the device is mainly arranged above the empty fermentation pit to prevent the safety accident of the winemaker falling into the fermentation pit,and can effectively prevent the debris from entering the empty fermentation pit and the water loss of the pit-mud inside the fermentation pit.
