离心通风机是煤矿中重要的安全机械设备,以煤矿离心通风机为研究对象,利用UG和CFD商业软件建立通风机的有限元模型。设计了平板型、弧型、翼型3种导叶结构,经有限元分析发现翼型结构具有更好的性能。为了进一步确定翼型结构参数,设计了 4种不同的翼型结构,再次进行对比分析发现第3种翼型结构对应的风机全压和风机效率均比其他结构要高很多。在设计流量和大流量工况下,翼型3导叶结构比平板型导叶的风机效率分别高1。3%和5。1%。因此可以将通风机导叶确定为翼型3结构形式。
Optimisation Study of Guide Vane Blade Type of Centrifugal Ventilator for Coal Mine Use
Centrifugal ventilator is an important safety mechanical equipment in coal mines.Taking centrifugal ventilator for coal mines as the research object,the finite element model of ventilator was established by using UG and CFD commercial software.Three kinds of guide vane structures,namely,flat plate type,arc type and wing type,are designed,and the wing type structure is found to have better performance after finite element analysis.In order to further determine the parameters of the airfoil structure,four different airfoil structures were designed,and the comparative analysis was carried out again,and it was found that the full pressure of the fan corresponding to the third airfoil structure and the efficiency of the fan were much higher than the other structures.Under the design flow and high flow conditions,the efficiency of the fan with wing type 3 guide vane structure is 1.3%and 5.1%higher than that of the fan with flat plate type guide vane,respectively.Therefore,the ventilator guide vanes can be determined as wing type 3 structural form.
