利用Pro/E和Ansys软件建立了 MMD1150型螺旋筛分破碎机辊齿的有限元模型,通过分析发现齿尖位置的应力和位移变形量最大,分别为200。65 MPa和0。384 17 mm,在恶劣的煤矿工况条件下,导致齿尖容易出现故障问题。以齿尖部位的三个关键结构参数为优化对象,利用Ansys软件对辊齿结构进行优化设计,使得辊齿在相同工况条件下齿尖区域的最大应力和位移变形量分别降低30%和60%左右。将优化后的辊齿应用到工程中3个月时间,发现运行良好,使用寿命可提升15%。
Finite Element Analysis and Structural Optimisation of Roll Teeth of Spiral Screening Crusher for Coal Mine Use
The finite element model of the roll teeth of MMD1150 spiral screening crusher was established by using Pro/E and Ansys software,and it was found that the stress and displacement deformation of the tooth tip position were the largest,which were 200.65 MPa and 0.384 17 mm,respectively,which led to the tooth tip to be prone to failure problems under the severe coal mine working conditions.Taking the three key structural parameters of the tooth tip as the optimisation object,the optimisation design of the roller tooth structure using Ansys software makes the maximum stress and displacement deformation of the tooth tip area under the same working conditions reduced by about 30%and 60%respectively.The optimised roller teeth were applied to the project for 3 months,and it was found that the operation was good and the service life could be improved by 15%.
