Optimised Design of Single Pair of Permanent Magnet Bearings for Belt Conveyor Rollers
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of belt conveyor,simulation study and parameter optimisation design of permanent magnetic bearing structure parameters of belt conveyor are carried out through finite element,and the optimal parameter optimisation results are obtained.Through the internal and external magnetic ring different relative axial position in no-load conditions and load conditions for testing,the results show that the maximum axial force simulation can be up to 1 100 N or so in no-load,the measured data is slightly smaller compared with the simulation results;load 2 kg,4 kg,8 kg and 12 kg,respectively,and the comparison of the simulation results show that the simulation is basically the same as the experimental results,which proves that the parameter optimisation analysis through the finite element simulation is correct,and the parameter optimisation results can be used to obtain the optimal parameter optimisation results.This proves the correctness of the parameter optimisation analysis through finite element simulation,and the parameter optimisation results can meet the requirements of load carrying and achieve the reduction of energy consumption of the conveyor system.
