以2JK-2×1。25P型矿井提升机为研究对象,介绍一种煤矿提升机天轮轻量化改进优化设计。具体设计中引入有限元仿真分析方法,根据2JK-2 × 1。25P型矿井提升机天轮结构,构建天轮有限元仿真模型,以此为基础实施有限元仿真分析。根据仿真分析结果提出天轮轻量化改进优化设计,并将优化设计应用于工程实践,确认改进设计具备更强应用价值。
Optimised Design Analysis for Lightweight Improvement of Coal Mine Hoist Overhead Pulley
Taking the 2JK-2×1.25P mine hoist as an example,a lightweight improvement and optimisation design of the overhead pulley of a coal mine hoist is introduced.The finite element simulation analysis method is introduced into the specific design,and the finite element simulation model of the flywheel is constructed according to the structure of the flywheel of the 2JK-2×1.25P mine hoist,and the fnite element simulation analysis is implemented based on this.According to the results of simulation analysis,the optimised design of lightweight improvement of the flywheel is proposed,and the optimised design is applied to engineering practice to confirm that the improved design has stronger application value.
