气浮式带式输送机关键部件优化与创新设计研究

以CT1248型气浮式带式输送机为例,介绍一种气浮式带式输送机关键部件优化与创新设计方法。根据原气浮式带式输送机关键部件的特点,分别从中心孔径、气孔排数等角度出发,设计出多种"五点式"气孔布局方案,并以此为基础,采用有限元分析的方式对各方案条件下关键部件的受力情况进行模拟分析,以此寻找出最佳的关键部件优化与创新设计方案,通过该方案的应用,可显著提升气浮式带式输送机关键部件力学特性,有利于提升设备应用效果,确认该方案具有一定应用价值。
Research on Optimisation and Innovative Design of Key Components of Air-floating Belt Conveyor
Taking CT1248 air-floating belt conveyor as an example,a method of optimisation and innovative design of key components of air-floating belt conveyor is introduced.First of all,according to the characteristics of the key components of the original air-floating belt conveyor,a variety of"five-point"air hole layout scheme is designed from the perspective of the central aperture diameter,the number of rows of air holes,etc.,and based on this,the simulation and analysis of the key components under the conditions of the scheme is carried out by means of finite element analysis,so as to search for the optimum design.Through the application of this scheme,the mechanical characteristics of the key components of the air-floating belt conveyor can be significantly improved,which is conducive to the improvement of the application effect of the equipment,and confirms that this scheme has certain application value.
