偏载工况下液压支架顶梁结构受力及优化研究

以ZY29000/45/100D型液压支架为研究对象,利用ANSYS和ADAMS软件对液压支架可靠性进行研究,通过对整机应力应变进行分析,发现在主筋板、顶梁外主筋板销孔处和尾部盖板连接处应力值较大,所以针对应力较大点进行结构尺寸优化,优化后顶梁受力有了明显的改善,最大值小于材料屈服极限,结构的刚度、稳定性有了较大提升,优化方案可行。
Study on Structural Stress and Optimisation of Hydraulic Support Roof Beam under Partial Loading Condition
Taking ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support as the research object,ANSYS and ADAMS software are used to study the reliability of hydraulic support,through the stress-strain analysis of the whole machine,it is found that the stress value is larger in the main reinforcing plate,the pin hole of the main reinforcing plate of the roof beam and the connection of the tail cover plate,therefore,the structural size optimization is carried out for the larger stress points,and the stress on the roof beam is significantly improved after optimization,the maximum value is smaller than the yield limit of the material,and the rigidity of the structure is improved.After the optimisation,the stress on the roof beam has been significantly improved,the maximum value is less than the yield limit of the material,the stiffness and stability of the structure have been greatly improved,and the optimisation plan is feasible.
