为进一步探究煤矿带式输送机驱动装置架可能的优化路径,以某型煤矿带式输送机为研究对象,建立其驱动装置架的仿真分析模型,对其进行有限元分析。结果显示,该驱动装置架在强度和刚度上符合预期要求,但模态分析结果显示其存在较高共振风险。针对此问题,经过研究后决定采用增加刚性连接的方式进行优化,从优化后驱动装置架的模态分析结果来看,该装置的共振风险得到有效降低,初步证明了此次研究的有效性。
Finite Element Analysis of Driving Device Frame of a Belt Conveyor in a Coal Mine
In order to further explore the possible optimization path of coal mine belt conveyor drive frame,this paper takes a certain type of coal mine belt conveyor as an example to establish a simulation analysis model of its drive frame,and carries out finite element analysis on it.The results show that the drive frame meets the expected requirements in terms of strength and stiffness,but the modal analysis results show that it has a high resonance risk.To solve this problem,after research,it is decided to optimize by increasing the rigid connection.According to the modal analysis results of the optimized drive frame,the resonance risk of the device is effectively reduced,which preliminarily proves the effectiveness of this research.
