Optimization Design Study of Φ830 Coal Mine Belt Conveyor Redirecting Roller
Taking DTC80/20/2 X11 0S belt conveyor as an example,a method of Φ830 coal mine belt conveyor redirecting roller optimization design based on finite element analysis is introduced.Firstly,the corresponding three-dimensional model is constructed according to the structure and material characteristics of the redirected roller,then the force and modal conditions of the roller are analyzed based on this,and finally the redirected roller is optimized according to the analysis results.Through the application of this design optimization method,it can ensure that the performance of the redirected roller meets the requirements while reducing the quality of the redirected roller and preventing the resonance problem of the roller structure,which confirms that this optimization design method has certain application value.
