以ZF3700/16/26型液压支架为研究对象,结合液压支架底座结构特点,通过ANSYS软件构建液压支架底座有限元模型,并以此为基础开展有限元分析,根据有限元分析结果提出液压支架底座优化设计方案。最后,将优化设计方案应用于工程实践,确认优化设计方案的应用价值。
Static Analysis and Optimisation Study of ZF3700/16/26 Hydraulic Support Base
Taking ZF3700/16/26 hydraulic support as the research object,combined with the structural characteristics of hydraulic support base,the finite element model of hydraulic support base is constructed by ANSYS software,and finite element analysis is carried out on the basis of the finite element analysis,and the optimised design scheme of hydraulic support base is proposed based on the results of finite element analysis.Finally,the optimised design scheme is applied to engineering practice to confirm the application value of the optimised design scheme.
