矿用液压支架底座受力分析及结构改进

以ZY7800-15/30D型液压支架为研究对象,并借助Ansys有限元软件对其进行了不同工况下的受力分析,得出造成应力集中的根本原因。通过增加过桥钢板的厚度,削减侧板和肋条的厚度,对液压支架底座结构进行了优化设计,使其最大受力下降近60%,达到了预期效果。通过对液压支架底座结构的改进,取得了较好的效果,使液压支架的使用寿命增加了 50%以上,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障。
Force Analysis and Structural Improvement of Mining Hydraulic Support Base
Taking ZY7800-15/30 D hydraulic support as the research object,and with the help of Ansys finite element software,the force analysis under different working conditions was carried out,and the root cause of stress concentration was found.By increasing the thickness of the overpass steel plate and cutting the thickness of the side plate and ribs,the base structure of the hydraulic bracket was optimised,and the maximum stress was reduced by nearly 60%,which achieved the expected effect.Through the improvement of the hydraulic support base structure,better results have been achieved,so that the service life of the hydraulic support has increased by more than 50%,providing a guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
