利用SolidWorks与Ansys软件建立了 DTL120带式输送机传动滚筒的力学模型,并对其开展有限元分析。结果表明,传动滚筒内关键零部件产生了应力集中现象,将对设备运行的可靠性展开威胁。通过对传动滚筒零部件结构尺寸的优化,使其应力集中现象得到了明显的改善,保障了传动滚筒的稳定运行。
Mechanical Analysis and Structural Optimization of Drive Roller of DTL120 Belt Conveyor
The mechanical model of DTL120 belt conveyor drive roller was established by using SolidWorks and Ansys software,and finite element analysis was carried out on it.The results show that the key parts in the drive drum have stress concentration phenomenon,which will threaten the reliability of the equipment operation.Through the optimization of the structural dimensions of the transmission drum components,the stress concentration phenomenon has been significantly improved to ensure the stable operation of the transmission drum.
