矿用刮板输送机中部槽槽帮结构的优化设计研究

刮板输送机中部槽槽帮结构工作时承受的载荷较大,容易出现故障问题。以SGB420/22型刮板输送机为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立了槽帮结构的有限元模型,分析发现槽帮内侧上边沿和下边沿的接触应力差异较大,其中前者更大,最大接触应力为12 900 Pa。对中部槽槽帮内侧的线型进行优化设计,再次建立模型分析发现上边沿和下边沿的接触应力更加均匀,且最大应力降低至8 784 Pa,降低幅度为19。34%。对优化后的槽帮结构进行3个月时间的工程实践,发现效果良好,其使用寿命提升了 15%以上。
Optimisation Design Study of the Trough Gang Structure in the Middle Trough of Mining Scraper Conveyor
The trough gang structure in the middle of scraper conveyor bears a large load during work and is prone to failure problems.Taking SGB420/22 scraper conveyor as the research object,the finite element model of the trough gang structure was established by using ANSYS Workbench software,and it was found that the contact stresses of the upper and lower edges of the trough gang inner side were bigger,and the former was bigger,with the maximum contact stress of 12 900 Pa.The line shape of the trough gang inner side of the central trough was optimized,and the analysis of the model was established again,and it was found that the contact stresses of the upper and lower edges were bigger,and the contact stresses of the upper and lower edges were bigger,and the maximum contact stress was 12900 Pa.The contact stresses at the upper and lower edges are more uniform,and the maximum stress is reduced to 8 784 Pa,with a reduction of 19.34%.The optimised channel gang structure was put into practice for 3 months,and the effect was found to be good,and its service life was increased by more than 15%.
