Optimization Design of Tubular Belt Conveyor Truss Structure Based on Response Surface Method
Taking HF-SSJ-60 tubular belt conveyor as an example,a truss structure design method of tubular belt conveyor based on response surface method is introduced.The method first sets the design variables according to the original conveyor truss structure characteristics and determines the sample points by means of central composite test.Then,based on this,the truss structure is optimized by means of optimized mathematical model and particle swarm optimization algorithm,so as to obtain a better truss structure,ensure that the truss force characteristics meet the requirements and reduce the weight of the truss at the same time,which confirms that this method has a certain application value.
